What we collect

When you fill in our contact or Free Website Check form, we receive the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number, business name, postcode, website address, trade, town and message, depending on the form. These are stored privately in Lovable Cloud and sent to our business inbox through FormSubmit, and used only to reply to your enquiry.

When you accept cookies, we use cookies and similar technology to understand how visitors use the site and to measure how our Google ads perform. This can include the pages you visit, how you arrived, and whether you contacted us after clicking an ad.

Your cookie choice itself is stored on your device, together with the date you made it, so the site can remember it.

Who receives your information

Google: if you accept cookies, Google receives advertising measurement data (for example, that a visitor who clicked our ad later sent an enquiry). This is used for ad measurement and improving how our ads are shown. See how Google handles this data at business.safety.google/privacy.

FormSubmit: our enquiry forms are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit, which processes the form contents to send the email.

Lovable Cloud: stores a private copy of your enquiry so it is not lost if email delivery is unavailable.

We do not sell your information to anyone.

Your cookie choice

Visitors in the UK and other regions that require consent are asked before any advertising measurement runs. You can accept or reject, and rejection is just as easy as acceptance.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing stops advertising measurement straight away; it does not affect enquiries you have already sent.
